As a heavily tattooed woman myself I am really looking forward to seeing your documentary. I hope it’s screened in Boston soon!
Ahhh, Boston please!
Yes!!! Boston is needed! Cant wait to see this!
You should submit it for the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival next year.
Portland Oregon and Olympia Washington Please
Orlando!
Be sure to come to Long Beach – The Art Theater on 4th would be an ideal location and would attract a TON of tattoo enthusiasts and supporters!
Please come to Milwaukee, WI, recommending the Landmark Oriental Theater. It will be packed!
You should definitely try to get it screened in Honolulu, I know a bunch of people would be very interested in seeing it!
I hope it’s somewhere I can make it too! I really look forward to seeing other women’s views on the “out-of-the-norm” lifestyle people put on those with many tattoos!
How can I get this movie???
Guess Australia will be waiting for the DVD…?
Hope you have a screening in Southern California. How can we buy the DVD? Try USC School of Cinematic Arts to arrange a screening. Contact is below:

Minneapolis, Minneapolis! And we have a few lady tattoo artists as is it
Bring “Covered” to Portland, OR! I am currently working in a conservative office environment and refuse to cover my tattoos. They are a part of my life and illustrate challenges I have overcome. This documentary will empower other women whose colorful lives are infiltrating the workplace.
OH this should SO be screened in Rochester, NY! We have the little theatre (thelittle.org) that premieres ALL sorts of films. We have the gay and lesbian film festival as well as the recent screening of “Orgasm,Inc.”. “Covered” is a natural fit.
Landmark Oriental Theater in Milwaukee, WI please!!!!!
No Canadian screenings ? boourns indeed
We love Canada and would love to come there!
Please please please screen this is Salt Lake City! Hell, I’ll set up the venue and everything! This would bring an amazing crowd!

I went to the screening today at Spokane Falls Community College. I was very impressed with the movie, and the way that the it covers socially relevant issues. I enjoyed hearing the speakers that were there also, and their nsight, and perspectives on several of the questions. I spoke a few times during the q & a, but I was very disappointed with the crowd , and their reactions, and lack of input. It was obvious that most of the people were kids that were only there for class purposes, and they totally missed an opporttunity to truly apreciate the experience, and information that was was being disseminated because they appeared to be busy only gathering the information that they were required to get, and missing a chance to learn other perspectives, and the reason for the project, I felt.
I am heavily tattooed per the crireia that was given, and feel like this is an awesome project. I am buying the DVD to watch with my 12 year old daughter. I truly don’t understand why society misses the mark, and misunderstands so much about body modification. In my opinion women are beautiful, and tattoos are beautiful, so to combine the 2 is the best of both worlds, and makes society itself better. Like the comment that I brought up during the q & a. Tattoos truly are works of art, we truly don’t pay the true value of them when you compare the quality of work. There are a lot of museum quality pieces out there, and should be recognized as the art form they are, and the work that it takes to make these pieces of art.
I am hoping that she does write a book, and would be very interested in reading it. It is always good to get, and try to understand other’s perspectives, and view points, whether we agree withthem or not. We gain more from the one’s we disagree with because they force us to reevaluate our own, and aloow us to have open, intelligent conversations that make everyone better.
Austin, Texas, please! You know it only makes sense
